It’s not very often that a service goes so far above and beyond excellent that it warrants a review like this. From the very moment that I contacted Kat she was responsive, engaged, helpful, a definite cat LOVER, and just plain a nice person. The thorough forms were easy to fill out, and her recommendations for what to bring and not bring are easily followed. During the 5 1/2 days that my 11-week-old kitten was at Kat’s, she trimmed my her nails and sent me SIX (!) videos of my kitty playing in her open-space home. This was far beyond what I expected! The price was completely reasonable (same as everyone else, but her service to the client is beyond superb). I am very grateful to have crossed paths with such a great person and excellent caretaker. There is no cat hotel -- and few services in general -- that I could recommend more highly that San Diego Cat BnB. Thank you Kat!!
